Living in a big city, pollution has become one of the everyday threats to our health as well as our skin condition. Creating a barrier between your skin and the pollutant is another way to prevent premature aging. Use sunscreen not only when it’s holiday time, but make it a part of your daily routine. Always include SPF as a part of your skincare routine because UV protection is important. Many also suggest incorporating vitamin C serum into daily skincare routine if your daily activities include a lot of time outdoors like commuting, taking public transportation or doing outdoor exercise.
Taking care of your skin against pollutant isn’t just about what you apply or routine on the outside. You need to watch out what you eat as well.
